Mick Hall is a Business Analyst and Media Strategist. For over 25 years he has been building effective Brands for his Clients and for his own companies. Mick founded and built Hall Communications, into a full-service advertising, marketing and public relations firm that was recognized by AdWeek as one of the most powerful strategic communications agencies in the Western US, growing to over $120-million in annual revenues prior to selling the agency. As a Trend Analyst, Mick developed valuable qualitative and quantitative processes for the implementation and measurement of media, enabling him to build lasting relationships with major global brands, strategic partners, and the financial markets.

Rob Cornelius is an entrepreneur and business operator with a track-record of creating and running successful events that attract major-media coverage and participation from multiple levels of sponsors and strategic partners. Over the past ten years, Rob has become a leader within the U.S. sporting scene, utilizing his business skills while chasing his passion for organized sports. One such success is USA Sevens, a 3-day event that was attracting 24,000 attendees when Rob took over in 2011, to over 80,000 fans—and sponsorships from $200,000 to over $1,200,000. He developed and launched the “Adopt a Country” youth rugby program within the Clark County Schools, which today includes over 75,000 students who have been introduced to the sport and taught the core values of rugby.

Rob launched the Silicon Valley Sevens with 12 International teams; the Penn Mutual Collegiate Rugby Championships—the first televised Collegiate Sevens Tournament and now the highest level of Collegiate Sevens; The Las Vegas Invitational which has grown to 300 amateur rugby teams from around world taking using 30 fields throughout the the Las Vegas Valley with over 6,000 athletes; and the Ultimate Vegas Sports Weekend—bringing 5 Major event rights-holders over that same weekend to work together with the destination to promote and help all events grow and gain massive PR and media exposure. The 2019 Ultimate Vegas Sports Weekend included; USA Sevens Rugby, NHL Golden Knights, UFC, NASCAR and Tuff Hedamen Bull Riding. 

As an athlete, Rob was a member of the Las Vegas Blackjacks Rugby Club from 1989 – 2010 acting as Team Captain and President of the Club from 2001 – 2010. He ran the Las Vegas Midnight Sevens an annual Sevens tournament each year with over 150 teams from around the world, he also ran the Las Vegas 15’s Tournament that was in the fall months with 45 teams in attendance. During Rob’s tenure the Las Vegas Blackjacks won the National Division 1 Championship. He still participates in Old Boys tournaments, and coaches rugby within Las Vegas High Schools.
